Sarah offers a series of soul-nourishing events and classes, designed to help you to reconnect, rest, and renew.

Kundalini & Sound Bath - Farnham

Join me for 60 minutes of Kundalini Yoga and deeply restorative Sound Bath in a beautiful church setting.

We begin with a 20–30 minute Kundalini practice - combining movement, breathwork, mantra, and awareness to awaken your life-force energy and strengthen/ soothe the  nervous system. These practices help shift stagnant energy and support a sense of vitality and inner resilience.

Starting with gentle movement helps the body release held tension, excess energy, and stress, allowing the nervous system to settle. When the body has had a chance to move and soften, it becomes more receptive to rest, making it easier to relax into stillness. From this grounded state, the sounds and vibrations can more effectively quiet mental activity, support deep relaxation, and help the system unwind.

Many people describe feeling centred, emotionally lighter, and renewed.

Bring anything that helps you feel cosy and supported - mats, blankets, bolsters, cushions and layers. 

Exchange is £15 with some concession spaces are available for those who need them 💛

Somatic & Sound Bath - Farnham

Join me for 60 minutes of Somatic Yoga followed by a deeply restful Sound Bath in a beautiful church setting.

We begin with a 20 minute nurturing somatic practice - gentle, intuitive movements that help you soften tension, reconnect with your breath, and come home to your body. These mindful movements invite your nervous system to settle and create a sense of inner ease and grounded presence.
