
Somatic Healing Journey
These 1:1 guided sessions are a gentle invitation to come home to yourself, to slow down, and listen to what has been hiding beneath the surface.
Through somatic awareness, intuitive guidance, yoga therapy, and compassionate enquiry, we explore the sensations, emotions, and stories that shape your inner world. Together we create space for the body to soften, release, and remember its natural state of ease and safety.
Why work with Me?
Many of the people who come to me are deep thinkers, loving, kind, generous, and give a lot to others in their lives. To others they seem to have it all together but inside they may feel numb, disconnected, distressed, angry, lonely, exhausted, in physical or emotional pain, or burnt out.
They’ve tried everything to fix themselves, the new job, the next course, the new partner, diet or fitness trend, talk therapy, body therapy, biohacking, ice baths....hoping it would bring some sense of healing, peace, or fulfillment.
And maybe it does for a while, but the relief is temporary, and the deeper issue remains.
I know this journey well. I spent thousands of pounds and hours trying to fix myself, searching for answers, using work, food, alcohol, self-help, exercise, and spiritual practices, to numb or outrun the ache of loneliness, and the deep exhaustion within my bones.
My life felt like a rollercoaster of highs and lows, distressing relationships, burnout, hormonal issues, emotional, and physical pain. My body was screaming out to me, but I had never learnt how to listen. I knew how to push through, override it, and put others first, but not how to truly listen to what I needed.
That pattern kept me stuck and unwell for years.
The true turning point came when I began to understand my brain and nervous system. I saw that my body was never working against me, only trying to protect me. When I learned to soften the inner criticism and learn how to truly listen to my body, not as something to control, but as something wise, everything shifted.
What I’ve discovered and now share with others, is that healing isn’t about avoiding discomfort, negative feelings, emotions, or becoming someone new. It’s about learning to stay present with our bodies, because our body is always guiding us to our authentic truth. It’s about learning how to understand our nervous system and brain, and offering ourselves a safe space to truly listen, a space where all is welcome, one where we are no longer in a battle with ourselves.
Offering ourselves the safety, love, and education that we may never have received before.
This is where we find our authentic selves, and this is where our life can truly begin.
