Somatic Sound Experience Surrey

Join me for a restorative experience of Somatic Therapy, Meditation, and Sound Bath in our lovely new space in Hindhead.

These small group (max 4 ppl) Somatic Sound Journeys create a peaceful and supportive space to slow down, rest, and reconnect with your body.

Helping you to recognize and understand the stress patterns in your body, creating space for self-awareness and reflection.

We begin with gentle somatic practices, starting with gentle movement helps the body release held tension, excess energy, and stress, allowing the nervous system to settle. When the body has had a chance to move and soften, it becomes more receptive to rest, making it easier to relax into stillness.

From this grounded state, you’ll move into a somatic meditation, followed by a deeply restorative sound journey with Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and other soothing instruments.

Finishing with  a warming tea & home made treat.

The sessions take place in our lovely new space in Hindhead, a warm, calm, and welcoming sanctuary, designed to support you in slowing down, feeling safe, and reconnecting with yourself.

These journeys are designed to help you pause from the busyness of life, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more restored.
