Somatic Sound Bath Surrey
Join me for a restorative experience of Somatic Therapy, Meditation, and Sound healing.
We begin with a 20 minutes of nurturing somatic practices, these mindful movements invite your nervous system to settle and create a sense of inner peace and grounded presence.
Starting with gentle movement helps the body release held tension, excess energy, and stress, allowing the nervous system to settle. When the body has had a chance to move and soften, it becomes more receptive to rest, making it easier to relax into stillness.
From this grounded state, we move into a guided somatic meditation, finishing with healing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan sound bowls, gong, chimes & other soothing instruments.
Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.

Somatic Flow Yoga is your weekly space to release the weight of daily life and return home to yourself, in the beautiful St Marys Church in Frensham.
Blending Somatic Yoga, lymphatic drainage, Kundalini mantra & meditation, sound healing and nervous system regulation, this practice guides you back into your body, your heart and your own rhythms.

Womens Full Moon Ceremony

Join me for this intimate gathering held in our peace sanctuary (max 6 women) for the May Flower Full Moon.
We will begin with a soothing Blue Lotus Tea, which is often called the "Flower of Intuition," it is believed to open the Third Eye chakra, enhancing spiritual insight and mental clarity.
🌸 Somatic healing
When our nervous system is in a constant state of doing it is difficult for our bodies to rest, digest and heal. We are more likely to be in our push through energy, which is driven by our unconscious programming rather than our intuition and souls truth. Somatic healing practices work with our nervous system, helping our bodies to let go of tension, and find inner peace, moving our awareness from the head and into our body.
🌸 Meditation and Mantra chanting
Kundalini yoga mediations and mantra chanting are powerful practices to open our hearts, heighten our awareness and increase spiritual connection. So often we are disconnected from our higher-self, the part of us that is always guiding, loving and supporting us, these practices are designed to reconnect, and support us from the inside out.
🌸 Sound healing
Rest deeply into the vibrational tones of sound bowls, gongs and other healing instruments. Sound is such a powerful tool, it allows the body to integrate the practices, a reach a state of relaxation and healing.
🌸 Reflection practices
This full moon is a powerful time of transformation, helping us to become aware of and releasing stagnant thought patterns and energy.
With time outside under the Full Moon (weathering permitting).
This event Is for those of you that want to go deeper, experiencing powerful practices to support healing and growth.
