This Day retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen. So often, we are taught to think our way out of pain — to control, to fix, to override what we feel. But true healing begins not in the mind, but in the body.
Together, we’ll explore somatic (body-based) practices, Yoga, nervous system awareness, and gentle emotional inquiry that helps you meet yourself with compassion, even in fear, discomfort, or overwhelm.
Whether you feel stuck, anxious, burnt out, or simply ready to feel more connected to yourself, this space is for you.
Through guided practices, nervous system regulation, meditation, and embodied presence, we will learn how to:
