Somatic Healing Journey
These 1:1 guided sessions are a gentle invitation to come home to yourself, to slow down, listen deeply, and feel what your body has been holding beneath the surface.
Through somatic awareness, practices, intuitive guidance, and compassionate enquiry, we explore the sensations, emotions, and stories that shape your inner world. Together we create space for the body to soften, release, and remember its natural state of ease and safety.

Who It For
These sessions are for anyone who feels disconnected, overwhelmed, or ready to move through old patterns, helping you to cultivate a sense of inner peace and body harmony.
No previous experience with meditation or somatic work is needed, just a willingness to slow down and listen within.
Sessions are available in person in Hindhead, Surrey, or online.
What to Expect
Each session unfolds intuitively, but may include:

Guided somatic meditation and body awareness

Breath and nervous system soothing techniques

Sound healing (Gong, sound bowls, and other soothing instruments) may be used through out the session.

Most clients work with me for 8- 16 sessions either weekly or fortnightly appointment, to create real inner change and emotional steadiness. This is a journey and not a quick fix, it is a process of re-education of the nervous system and brain.
All sessions include in-depth feedback emails with practical tools and insights from the session.
