True physical health is a feedback loop between your body, brain and your nervous system. When the body lacks stability, whether that is physical, mental or emotional it lives in a state of hidden, chronic stress. By physically stabilising and strengthening the body, and supporting our nervous system, we are able to de-stress, balance hormones, detoxify, and support mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. 

 

My approach is to find the most effective, time and energy efficient ways to stay fit and healthy with the least amount of stress or pressure. We don't use movement to punish or exhaust the body, we use it to build a stable physical, mental and emotional foundation, to support you through all stages of life.

Sessions are in held a beautiful space in Hindhead, Surrey or online.
