Awareness
Our awareness is the key to transformation, yet we often pay more attention to what other people tell us about our bodies. My approach is based on somatic awareness which means learning how to understand your own unique body, helping you to become aware of unconscious patterns, thoughts, and behaviors.
Guidance
Sometimes we need a dedicated space to pause, reset, and build stability. I am a highly skilled guide, drawing on over 14 years of experience working with women in holistic health, movement, and physical wellbeing. Sessions are offered in a beautiful space in Hindhead, Surrey, or online, with extensive experience supporting clients navigating neurodivergence, high sensitivity (HSP), and stress recovery.
Practices for mind, body and soul. Having a spiritual and/or fitness practice helps us to find safety and grounding in the chaos of life, creating structure and stability, supporting the mind, body & nervous system.
Physical, mental, and emotional strength, stability, & resilience
As we move through the cycles of life, the way we move and feel inside of our bodies changes and it is important to understand what our bodies need in order to stay healthy and well.
My approach is to find the most effective, time and energy efficient ways to stay fit & healthy with the least amount of stress or pressure.
Blending my extensive experience and knowledge in personal training, yoga as therapy, lymphatics and somatic healing.
How we feel inside our bodies directly impacts our mental clarity, confidence, and resilience. I help you use physical movement, breath, and mindfulness as a circuit-breaker to quieten unhelpful mental chatter. By shifting your awareness back into your physical structure, we create space to break old habits and retrain your body and mind to work for you instead of against you..
Our bodies are highly adaptive, constantly learning how to respond to stress, pressure, and our environment. Often, the physiological habits that kept us safe in the past become the very patterns that drain our energy today. Once we recognize how our system is reacting in the present moment, we can use somatic movement, restorative bodywork, and sound to guide the body back to a calm, stable baseline.
