Our awareness is the key to transformation, yet we often pay more attention to what other people tell us about our bodies. My approach is based on somatic awareness which means learning how to understand your own unique body, helping you to become aware of unconscious patterns, thoughts, and behaviors.

As we move through the cycles of life, the way we move and feel inside of our bodies changes and it is important to understand what our bodies need in order to stay healthy and well.
My approach is to find the most effective, time and energy efficient ways to stay fit & healthy with the least amount of stress or pressure.

I will help you to become aware of any loops of thinking, or unhelpful mental chatter, creating space to reprogram your mind to work for you instead of against you.

We are being programmed by our environment even before we were born, our mothers thoughts, beliefs, and nervous system was the first environment that we found ourselves in and we have been learning how to adapt to our environment ever since.
Once we can recognize our programming, we are able to reprogram the unhelpful patterns and create new healthy ones, this takes awareness, time and patience.
