Somatic Healing Journey 

These 1:1 guided sessions are a gentle invitation to come home to yourself, to slow down, and listen to what has been hiding beneath the surface.

 

Through somatic awareness, intuitive guidance, yoga therapy, and compassionate enquiry, we explore the sensations, emotions, and stories that shape your inner world. Together we create space for the body to soften, release, and remember its natural state of ease and safety.

Who's it for?

These sessions are for those who may be holding it all together on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. Helping those with illness, life changes, menopause, addictions, neurodiversity, Relationship issues, physical & emotional pain.

What to expect?

The sessions are held online or in my cosy, warm sanctuary in Hindhead. Each session weaves together guided somatic meditation, self-regulation practices, compassionate enquiry, and sound therapy.

How long?

Most clients work with me for 8- 16 sessions either weekly or fortnightly to create real inner change and wellbeing. This is a journey and not a quick fix, it is a process of re-education of the body, brain, and nervous system.

Are you empathic, a deep thinker, loving, kind, yet you know what it's like to feel alone? To others you seem to have it all together, but inside you may feel numb, disconnected, anxious, angry, burnt out, or in physical and emotional pain? 

Maybe you have tried the new job, the next course, diet or fitness trend, talk therapy, body therapy, biohacking, ice baths....hoping it would bring some sense of healing, peace, or fulfillment.

 

And maybe it does for a while, but the relief is temporary, and the deeper issue remains.

I know this journey well. I spent thousands of pounds and hours trying to fix myself, searching for answers, using work, food, alcohol, self-help, courses, exercise, bodywork, and spiritual practices, to numb or outrun the ache of loneliness, and the deep exhaustion within my bones. 

 

My life felt like a rollercoaster of highs and lows, painful relationships, burnout, hormonal issues, emotional, and physical pain. My body was screaming out to me, but I had never learnt how to listen. I knew how to push through, override it, and put others first, but not how to truly listen to what I needed.

 

That pattern kept me stuck and unwell for years.

The true turning point for me came when I began to blend my knowledge and experience of the physical body & spiritual healing with the scientific understanding of the brain and nervous system. I saw that my body was never working against me, only trying to protect me. When I learned to soften the inner criticism and learn how to truly listen and understand my body, not as something to control, but as something wise, everything shifted.

 

What I’ve discovered and now share with others, is that healing isn’t about avoiding discomfort, negative feelings, emotions, or becoming someone new. It’s about learning to stay present with our bodies, because our body is always guiding us.

Learning the skills to go from survival to living, from over-giving to receiving and from heartache to wholeness. 

To stop living for others and start living for yourselves, and this is where YOUR LIFE can truly begin.​

I offer these sessions in peaceful space in Hindhead, Surrey and online.
