A Women’s gathering is a sacred space where women gather to reflect, share, and support each other in their personal healing journeys. During these gatherings, you’ll have the opportunity to release stress, connect with your body, heart, and soul, and explore unconscious beliefs that may be holding you back.
Through a blend of somatic movement, breathwork, kundalini yoga, meditation, sound healing, and heart-womb connection, we create a deeply transformative experience that fosters connection, healing, and empowerment. Kundalini Yoga
Join Sarah for a transformative Kundalini Yoga workshop where you'll explore the ancient practice of Kundalini to awaken your most authentic self. Kundalini yoga is known for its dynamic breathwork, repetitive movements, and use of mantras to help clear emotional and energetic blockages, increase intuition, and enhance mental and physical health.
In this workshop, you will learn the six building blocks of Kundalini Yoga — breath, asana, drishti, mudra, bandhas, and mantra — to support your emotional health and wellbeing. You'll leave with simple, effective daily practices to help you reduce stress, quiet the mind, and align with your highest self.

Nourish your body and soul with this heartwarming and deeply nurturing evening of somatic awareness, yoga, breathwork, and sound therapy. This workshop is designed to help you tune into your body’s subtle messages and release stored emotions that may be causing tension, discomfort, or distress.
Through mindful movement, somatic body meditation, and sound healing, you'll connect with your body’s wisdom, release past emotional baggage, and restore balance to your mind and body. You'll leave feeling grounded, empowered, and more connected to your natural state of peace and vitality.

Join us for a deeply nourishing and empowering day retreat in the heart of Glastonbury. Drawing on over 13 years of experience in bodywork, yoga, and healing, this retreat offers a transformative experience for women to reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and restore balance.
Through a blend of yogic practices, pelvic floor and womb health, embodiment techniques, voice therapy, and sound healing, you’ll be guided to deepen your connection with yourself, feel more empowered, and heal emotional and physical wounds.
