Somatic Sound Bath Surrey
Join me for a restorative experience of Somatic Therapy, Meditation, and Sound healing.
We begin with a 20 minutes of nurturing somatic practices, these mindful movements invite your nervous system to settle and create a sense of inner peace and grounded presence.
Starting with gentle movement helps the body release held tension, excess energy, and stress, allowing the nervous system to settle. When the body has had a chance to move and soften, it becomes more receptive to rest, making it easier to relax into stillness.
From this grounded state, we move into a guided somatic meditation, finishing with healing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan sound bowls, gong, chimes & rain stick.
Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.
