About me

My path has been shaped by personal healing, spiritual exploration, and years of studying the body, the energy systems, and understanding trauma-informed care. It has also taken me deep into the unconscious realms — into the patterns, protections, and beliefs that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. I've spent years exploring the terrain of relationships, emotional healing, and what it truly means to live with unconditional self-love.

Alongside my personal journey, I’ve spent over a decade deepening my professional understanding of the body, mind, and emotional healing. My background includes:

  • Level One Kundalini Yoga (200 hours)

  • Myofascial Yin Yoga & Trauma Release (100 hours)

  • Level 3 Diploma in teaching Yoga

  • CPD Yoga for Stress & Burnout

  • Shamanic Womb Massage Training with Sanctuary of Sophia

  • CPD in Transgenerational and Inherited Trauma: Effective treatment strategies for healing legacies of pain

  • CPD in Intergenerational Trauma through the Lens of the Polyvagal Theory

  • Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy

  • Level 3 LOA Ante and Postnatal Training

  • Level 3 Personal Training

  • Level 2 Reiki Practitioner

These trainings have supported me in understanding not only the physical body, but also the emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers that shape our lived experience.

I don’t believe in fixing or forcing change — I believe in creating space to feel. To witness what’s there. To meet yourself with presence and compassion.

My Path

I’ve been working with the body, mind, and energy systems for over 13 years. With a deep understanding of holistic wellbeing, I draw from years of experience in yoga, meditation, personal training, massage therapy, energy healing, and shamanic practices. My approach is intuitive, grounded, and trauma-aware — rooted in nervous system education, self-compassion, and embodied practices.

Many of the people who come to me are looking for a deeper meaning in life. They may be unwell, exhausted, burned out, facing relationship struggles, or simply feeling lost. They’ve tried everything — the new job, the next course, the perfect diet or fitness trend, body care or routine — hoping it would bring healing, peace, or fulfilment.

But the relief is temporary, and the issue remains.

I know this journey deeply. I spent thousands of pounds and hours trying to fix myself, searching for answers, using food, alcohol, self-help, exercise, projection, and distractions to numb or outrun my feelings, fatigue, emotional, and physical discomfort.

My body was screaming out to me, but I had never learnt how to listen. I knew how to push through, override it, and put others first, but not how to listen to what I needed.

That pattern kept me stuck and unwell for years.

But the true turning point came when I began to understand my brain and nervous system. I saw that my body was never working against me, only trying to protect me. When I learned to soften the inner criticism and truly listen to my body, not as something to control, but as something wise, everything shifted.

What I’ve discovered — and now gently share with others — is that healing isn’t about avoiding discomfort, negative feelings, emotions, or becoming someone new. It’s about learning to stay present with what’s here, because your body is always guiding you. It’s about offering yourself a safe space to breathe, a space where all is welcome, one where you are no longer in a battle with your own self or body.

Offering yourself the safety, love, and understanding you may never have received.

I offer 1:1 Body therapy sessionsMassage therapy, and Day retreats, where we gently explore how your body speaks through sensation, emotion, and energy. Together, we’ll uncover what’s been held beneath the surface — not to force change, but to create space for true connection and healing.
