Womens circle

Frensham, Surrey - 18th April 2026

11-1pm

A nurturing, supportive, and cared-for space to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

This 2-hour women’s circle offers a gentle pause from the pace of everyday life - a space where you can breathe, unwind, and come home to yourself. Drawing on 14 years of experience working with the body, each month I share different self-care practices to support your wellbeing, including guided meditation, yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, reflection practices, self-massage, and mantra, always finishing with my gong and sound bowls.

You’ll be invited into moments of quiet reflection, journalling, optional sharing, and simple practices that help you listen inwardly with compassion. Everything is offered gently, with no pressure to perform, you’re welcome to participate fully or simply receive.

Alongside the practices we share, you’ll receive homemade treats, and thoughtful little offerings to make the circle feel cosy, tended, and special.

The venue is peaceful, and perfect for self-nourishment with heated flooring.

This is a nurturing, supportive, and cared-for space for women to feel seen, held, and nourished, creating a monthly ritual to refill your cup and reconnect with your inner self.

Spaces are limited and booking is essential

The circle is offered at an accessible rate of £25

A big thank you to Sarah, who is clearly such a nurturing practitioner. She held the space with warmth and care, and we left feeling refreshed and lighter after such a reflective practice. I’m already planning to come to the next one — my new monthly recharge.

Meditation With Candles

Sarah brings such authenticity and real thought to what she does and theres's such a lovely mix of movement, self reflection and stillness. Afterwards I feel so calm and connected to myself.
