This is a weekly guided meditation and somatic journey into the body — a gentle, trauma-sensitive space to reconnect with yourself when life feels overwhelming, unclear, or too much to hold alone.
Each class is an invitation to slow down and meet yourself tenderly, just as you are.
Together we will:
✨ Drop into the body with guided somatic meditation
✨ Explore unconscious emotional patterns stored in the nervous system
✨ Gently unearth where we hold stress, fear, grief, or old protection
✨ Learn how to soothe the body through loving awareness
✨ Reflect through simple journaling prompts
✨ Anchor into safety through breath, presence, and stillness
This space is for you if you feel disconnected, anxious, burnt out, or emotionally full, and want to learn how to stay with yourself in a softer way.
You don’t need to be “good at meditation” or have experience with somatics. You just need a body, a heart, and a willingness to be with what is — with kindness.
