I offer a different path. One that honours your body’s natural cycles, builds strength and resilience, and supports your physical and emotional wellbeing — from early hormonal shifts and cycle awareness, to perimenopause and beyond.

With over 13 years of experience in the wellness industry, my approach combines expert personal training with yoga, breathwork, nutrition, and nervous system-informed coaching — all tailored to support your unique body, hormones, and lifestyle.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing stress or fatigue, working toward body composition goals, or simply wanting to feel confident and comfortable in your skin again, my sessions meet you exactly where you are.
